Sanctuaries

These compositions of birds and plants celebrate renewal and the simple beauty of everyday life. A peony just beginning to bloom, two catbirds in conversation, the brilliant yellow feathers of a goldfinch. The vases add a human touch and suggest that we are part of creating and preserving the beauty around us. My aim is to evoke a feeling of joy, connection, and comfort—a sanctuary from the chaotic world outside.
